8th Boccia National Games will be held from 7th  Feb to 12 Feb in Gwalior at The Atal Bihari Training Centre for Disability Sports

The 8th Boccia National Games for Disabled Players is going to be held from 7th February to 12 February at The Atal Bihari Training Centre for Disability Sports which was recently inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

According to the information by Jaspreet Singh, President of Boccia India, registration is open for the tournaments. Any disabled person who fulfills the criteria can apply at the link  https://bocciaindia.com/portal/register.php.

Teams and players are coming from all over India to participate and showcase their performance.

According to Nafeesa, President of the Para Boccia Welfare Society Rajasthan, it is a great opportunity for all the disabled personnel to showcase their ability. She said that today the disabled are leaving their mark in every field and if a person thinks of doing anything then no power in the world can stop him. Today, disabled people are showing their strength in every field and are disproving the notion that disability can become a hindrance in any of their decisions. She is also going to Gwalior to join the event and encourage the players.

Prime Minister dedicated and laid the foundation stone of multiple development initiatives on 2nd October and one of the pioneering projects of Atal Bihari Vajpayee Training Centre for Disability Sports.
