Foundation day celebrated

Udaipur, July 12

Maharana Mewar Public School’s 50th Foundation Day and Investiture Ceremony was celebrated at historic Manak Chowk. During this Chief Guest Colonel Ravindra Singh Ahlawat (3 Unit Rajputana Rifles) and Major Priyanka Ahlawat were present. The function was inaugurated by Principal  Mayank Trivedi and Chief Guest Ravindra Ahlawat by garlanding the picture of Maharana Bhagwat Singh Mewar.

After that, Principal  Mayank Trivedi administered the oath of allegiance to the newly nominated student council of the school, Kriti Vyas, student head of the school, Dwijesh Ameta, (Continued on page 7)

chief marshal-Himanshi Kothari, president of the four houses, vice-president and all 52 members of the student delegation.

Group dance, group songs, enthralling performances by pipe band and brass band were presented on the occasion.

Addressing the gathering, the chief guest said that every student should play equal participation in sports and education. One should aspire to touch the sky by not limiting his aim and objective. Appreciating the activities going on in the school, he said that the school has maintained the culture and traditions which reflect in the students here.

Principal  Mayank Trivedi expressed gratitude to the chief guest and felt proud to celebrate the foundation day on the historical background by remembering the sacrifices of Mewar. He motivated the students for the welfare of the organization and the nation.

Sanjay Dutta, CEO of the school while addressing the students said that school experiences last a lifetime. Daily practice is necessary to achieve success in every moment of life.

The program was conducted by the students Harshvi Singh Purawat, Drishti Baya, and Richa Sharma and Sara Alam Shah. Coordination was done by teacher Ms. Abhilasha Sharma, Ms. Seema Saxena, Ms. Ramnani and Mrs. Sarika Saxena.
