Masala Grilled Fish

01      Fish Fillet                  250 Gms

02      Lemon                      01 No.

03      Salt                          To Taste

04      Turmeric Powder       ¼ Tea Spoon

05      Chilli Powder             ¼ Tea Spoon

06      Curry Leave Chopped       01 Table Spoon

07      Coriander Leave
Chopped                  01 Tea Spoon

08      Mustard Oil               01 Tea Spoon

09      Ginger Garlic Paste   01Table Spoon

10      Chilli Flacks              ¼ Tea Spoon.

11      Egg White                01 No.

12      Flour                        01 Table Spoon

Method Of Preparation: –

  • Cut Fish in Diamond Shape. Pat dry in kitchen tissue.
  • Add Lemon Juice and Salt Keep to 10 Minutes.
  • Mix all other Ingredient in a Bowl.
  • Marinated the fish in above mixture keep for 04 Hrs.
  • Grilled and serve hot with Laccha Onion, and Lemon Wedges and Green Chutney.
