Imtiaz Qureshi was a renowned Indian Chef whose name has resonated with Indian cuisines. He was one of the rare chefs recognized with a civilian honor, the Padma Shri by the Government of India in 2016. Legendary Chef Imitiaz Qureshi was an Indian chef and the Grand Master Chef at ITC Hotels, known for creating the culinary brand of Bukhara and reviving the Dum Pukht cuisine tradition. He has served several official banquets hosted by the Prime Minister and the President of India.
