Chowpatty will reduce the stress of coaching
students with local citizens

Autonomous Urban Development and Housing Minister Shanti Dhariwal on Sunday inaugurated Kota Chowpati built by Rajasthan Housing Board in Kunhadi Housing Scheme by cutting the ribbon. During this, administrative officers of the district including Commissioner Pawan Arora were present.
The stress of coaching students will be reduced- Addressing the ceremony, the Minister of Self-Government said that Kota Chowpatty has been built in the coaching area of Kunhadi. This along with the local citizens will prove to be effective in relieving stress and providing tasty and nutritious food to the students coming from all over the country to get coaching here. He said that here the students will be able to enjoy delicious cuisine with security and complete freedom. He said that Rajasthan Housing Board has constructed this Chowpatty in a very quality manner on the lines of Jaipur city. This Chowpatty will also be the center of the main attraction for domestic and foreign tourists. Here different types of delicious dishes will be found in one place. Along with giving a new identity to Chowpatty Kota, it will also create its own identity as a tourist destination. The Minister of Autonomous Government inaugurated the Chowpatty with the presentations of folk artists and chanting by pundits and also tasted many dishes after visiting the stalls.
The minister praised the quality and concept- Appreciating the design, construction, and quality of the Chowpatty, the Minister of Autonomous Governance described it as excellent. Giving credit to the Housing Commissioner and his team, he said that the Rajasthan Housing Board is doing a very good job under the leadership of the Commissioner. The Housing Board has also sold the surplus houses and earned record revenue along with it. Along with this, the earned revenue has also been better invested in the interest of the common man.
The housing board will be stronger in the future-The Urban Development Minister said that Rajasthan Housing Board will be stronger in the future and it will expand. It is a common man’s dream to have his own house, but private builders build very expensive houses. In such a situation, he faces difficulty in buying a house, so the Housing Board is making his dream of a house come true according to its basic spirit. Now the Housing Board is going to fulfill the dream of providing housing to the citizens even at the sub-division level.Rajasthan Housing Board revived-The Housing Minister told that we have revived the Housing Board which the previous government wanted to close. During the tenure of the last 4 years, out of the unsold surplus houses, along with the sale of 17 thousand houses, about 2 thousand commercial properties have also been sold. During this period, the Board has also earned a revenue of about Rs 4 thousand 637 crore. He told that earlier the Mandal was limited to housing construction, now the Mandal has constructed works of public interest like Park, Chowpatty and MLA’s residence, Constitutional Club.
A unique example of the work efficiency of Chowpatty Housing Board-Housing Commissioner Pawan Arora gave detailed information about the achievements made by Kota Chowpatty and Mandal. He said that this Chowpatty housing developed by the Board is a unique example of the work efficiency of the Board. Despite the outbreak of the Corona epidemic, the Housing Board has presented an example of its efficiency by completing the construction work of the project in a quality manner in the shortest possible time.
All types of dishes will be available-The Housing Commissioner said that Kota Chowpatty has been developed on 1 thousand 985 square meters of land. The cost of this project has come to Rs 9 crore 50 lahks. 17 shops and 4 kiosks have been developed here. He told that delicious dishes of the country and abroad will be available at this Chowpatty. Fast Food, Italian Food, Indian Food, Rajasthani Food, Continental-Mexican Chinese Food, Ice Cream, Juices, Shakes, Buttermilk, Tea-Coffee Milk, Lassi and many other food items will be available here.These facilities are available in Kota Chowpatty-Commissioner told that good seating arrangement in Chowpatty, R.O. Contained drinking water, toilet equipped with modern facilities, C.C.T.V. Cameras, L.E.D. Arrangements have been made for the sound system, selfie point, Wi-Fi, greenery, video wall, automatic sanitization machine, fire fighting system, and two-wheeler parking.
On this occasion, Divisional Commissioner Dr. Pratibha Singh, Mayor Kota North Manju Mehra, District Collector OP Bunkar, Housing Board Secretary Alpa Chowdhary, and other officials, councilors, and the general public were present in large numbers.
