Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), India’s largest hospitality company, was honoured at The Economic Times Legal Convention and Awards, 2023 with ‘Legal Team of the Year – Tourism & Hospitality’.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Rajendra Misra, Executive Vice President & General Counsel, IHCL said “This award is a recognition of the cohesive and industry relevant service that the legal team provides and one that mirrors and facilitates the business goals and ambitions of IHCL. The Economic Times Legal Convention and Awards recognises legal teams for their expertise in providing strategic guidance, fostering compliance, and ensuring the company’s operations align with legal standards. The Advisory Board, Grand Jury and the Jury for the Awards comprised of eminent retired judges and jurists of the country.
Making a strong statement on diversity, the prestigious award was received by an all-woman team on behalf of the IHCL Legal department.
